I can't seem to find the First Citizen mobile app in the Google Play store. Does anyone else has this problem?

Google Play had a policy from Nov 2022 that would remove apps that are not maintained for the current Android release and updated every year for security. Lots of service apps locally haven't been up kept and removed. TTEC app gone. WASA gone as well. The local companies not paying the developers for maintenance so the security risk was too high. It's a good thing Google did that.

Meanwhile just use the web portal through Firefox or Chrome on your mobile.

Edit: the app that Duane linked above is available for Android 11, but not on Android 13. Makes sense based on the Google Policy.
