I don't usually like criticizing leadership, because it's very difficult at the top, but, in my experience with this country, when things don't "add up" (for example why the Prime Minister can't seem to fire, or at least reshuffle Fitzgerald Hinds after years at failing at his job, the missing variable that solves the equation is usually some form of corruption.

I'm thinking either Fitz has some info he can blackmail Keith with, or they both answer to a higher authority (or both).
