Two weeks ago called Scotia to find out if the foreign withdrawals still in effect.
The no fee withdrawal at Bank of America is still active and allows US$100/day up to a max of US$1000 in total. You need to notify them of the period of travel and where you going beforehand to ensure its activated.

What they don't tell you is that the per day is not actually per day in the normal sense. There is a 24hr time limit between withdrawals so if you withdraw at 10pm on say a Friday you can't withdraw till 10pm or later on Saturday.
