Bermudez Cheese Snips. Simply the best.
Fizzers. The best tablet sweetie.
Local preserves. There was a shop in Felicity that had arcade machines and sold the absolute best preserves.

The parlour near my high school used to sell milky Guinness suck-ah-bag. The future rumcork association was in their glee.

My primary school allowance was 50cents a day and high school was $2/day.
Much of the snacks calling here were beyond my pocket.

In primary school I looked forward to buying chow (25c a piece), grated mango chow (you got a spoon full on wax paper for 25c), all the preserves which were sold loose in 25c pieces, aloo pie (50c), three pholourie (25c) and haw flakes. For a cold treat was either suck a bag or pennacool. The only flavourite products I really looked forward to was Push Pop and their version of a pennacool (think it was Freezie)

In high school I just spent my money on soda.

I lived 1 min from my primary school and went home for recess and lunch everyday.

On Fridays I always took back chow to school for the after lunch games time. Back then we had two mango trees in the yard one of which would always be in season.

i remember baking sugar cookies for an end of term class party. It was the first time i ever light the oven and the recipe was just sugar, flour and butter (lol blue band). Didn't know about vanilla essence then. I think the recipe was from a Childcraft Encyclopedia. Can't remember what happened to the cookies nah.

May have adjusted the richness to be more health conscious  .
Ovaltine couldn't touch Milo in the taste dept when I was growing up, and now Ovaltine still thin and watery, but better than Milo.

Hell, now that I say Ovaltine, remember Ovaltinies?
