I used to prefer Marvel then I shifted to DC now I jus watch the cartoons when they come out.

DC seemed a lil too sophisticated for me. Too many deep issues and rough symbolism.

yeah they did, but that symbolism is obvious.

For example, look at batman and the symbolism behind each of the villians. The writing is almost on a different level.

Please expand on some of this villian symbolism...examples.

I never followed the Comic, but during my play through of Arkham Asylum they explained the level of depth of each villian in the unlocks. It was a very interesting read and made me appreciate DC comics a lot more for their polished work.

^^^^ Very true,even tho Marvel has definitely more of an appeal,DC World has more symbolism,backbone and a solid storyline to it......*not that Marvel does not*.Each and every villian or character has some sort of background that makes DC where it is today,would not say the best,but close to.Marvel on the other hand is more of a bada*& kindda comic,with work well put together giving the villians a distinct personal character.Overall,still prefer Marvel over DC.Even tho DC is still bada*&..........
