Wtk Hdc oasis greens apartment price info

I just passed on Egypt trace enterprise and saw that hdc is currently building a new apartment complex by oasis greens. Does anyone know what's the cost of one of the units there. Tried calling hdc but no one answered.

You do know that you cannot just buy one right ? HDC is operating with a lotto system and the only way to get housing from them , is if your name is chosen. One of my friends was notified a few weeks ago they he was successful in the lottery , after 22 years! You must reach certain requirements to be eligible after your name is chosen. One of them is not owning property . There is a section where you do an affidavit saying that and you pay for them to do a search on your name to verify .

Yes i know it's a lottery system. I'm just asking because of curiosity as I saw them today. Thought someone here may have insight into the costing.

how much % of the units are given via lottery vs "links" ?

only thing with hdc is you sometimes get a mixed bag of neighbours

Ground Floor is 2 - 2 bedroom units, 2 - 1 bedroom units and 1 - 3 bedroom unit.
1st and 2nd floor are 4 - 3 bedroom units. Some will be allocated for distribution by government ministries and some go to the protective services. The rest will be allocated by "lottery". Bear in mind though that the site boundaries Enterprise on the south mainly Postman Drive and Dass Trace.

someone told me 900k for an apartment there. However, I find that's really high for middle income affordable homes especially for an apartment.

If true then just a continuation of Coonilal charging 10 k for a house in Wellington Gardens HDC in Debe when he was housing ministers. You paid his sister who was an Alderman in Princes Town Regional Corporation and who ran the office in Debe

Know someone who went for a walkthrough of a unit in Champs Fleur. 700k.

For a 2 bedroom apartment in a 7 level unit with allocated parking spots mind you. No matter how HDC dress it up for ribbon cutting and press photos, the shoddy quality of fittings and workmanship shows up when the space becomes lived in.

Townhouses (not single houses) in Trestrail near Arima were 1 million. They (HDC) only just scaled the price back to just over 900k because the demographic of people who they were targeting just could not come up with that kinda downpayment, let alone the actual mortgage payment every month.

I would have assumed that prices ranged from apartments to townhouses to homes in that order from lower to higher prices. but I know the houses in Trestrail are around 600k
