Will check them out.I'm asking because I might be down that side weekend but does anywhere in central sell live lobsters on a regular day?

Every time I driving pass by duckys (before this covid flick) it would have a big crowd, not even to say a long line.

Octopus and squid are 2 different species ..

Squid appear in the chinese eateries along with fried wanton and hot/sour soup.

Octopus usually appear in movies with Angelina Jolie.

Might be a stretch, but just before Preysal flyover when you're approaching from Balmain, there are some guys opposite the small tyre shop that come out. Their presence is very erratic, so expect a few blanks well before you might catch them.

most of the locally harvested lobsters are from east/south east coast by divers

one must wonder the sustainability of the numbers they take.
it is staggering to see those big grey coolers packed full with lobsters

really? i thought they had a farm locally somewhere.
I wonder if the Min. of Agri is aware of that practice? They need to step in and regulate it if they don't want a native species extinction.
