Mechanical Engineering jobs/internships in Trinidad

Hi guys. I graduated last year and i'm looking to find some Mechanical Engineeering jobs/internships.
Engineers here , how did you find your first job. What are some resources I can use to search for them. I've been applying online but haven't had much luck so far.

Might help if you specified which engineering discipline you're looking for.
