Well general elections would be in December this year for sure. Elections have to be called by 23rd December 2020. Wouldn't be surprised they push it as close as possible to this date. Chead should open up by September this year when bacchanal start.

The 2010 and 2015 have concluded. The the 2020 is under way, not officially, but already in full motion.
