dude, if u are not upgrading exhaust keep your stock intake system and use a k&n drop in.
If you are installing an intake, use a cold air intake, the one which runs down to our bumper, upgrade exhaust piping to 2 1/2", with headers, port head.
Swapping from AT to MT - use a S40 box for ur non vtec engine do not use S20!!
stock clutch and pressure plate will b perfect.
your same ecu will be perfect, but wen ur swap i complete and u switch on the car ur check light will be on indicating a code 19 which is transmission lock up solenoid. This can b a quick fix by fooling the ECU/ECM. for more info you can reach me at 715-9043
