Hey folks, I have an external concrete patio of approximately 1000 Sq ft that I need screeded at a grade for water runoff before tiling. Anyone knows what the avg cost per sq ft to get this sort of work done?

Since it is an open air area that you would liked tiled then you would also have to consider waterproofing the substrate against the water damage.
