i'm currently pursuing a degree in Petroleum Engineering but i'm thinking of transferring to another engineering discipline since the petroleum industry's outlook does not look good right now. What would be a good engineering discipline to pursue. My options are : Computer Engineering, Process Engineering and Utilities (Electrical) Engineering.
How does the job market look for graduates with a Utilities or Process engineering degree ? Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions to the type of degree i should pursue taking into consideration the state of the economy right now ?

I honestly wouldn't recommend it unless you're passionate about it, have connections locally. ICT isn't a high paid glamourus work.
Stick to Petro if you're graduating 2 years from now there's a good chance oil prices will be back up.
