Ck2 lancer Transmission Problem

Hey, I have a ck2 lancer 4g15 engine and Tranny, the transmission is stick on gear 3, I have changed the transmission, it sensors and also the brain box and i am geting the same problem as before.

What can I do to fix such a problem.

Yes I did it was an electrical problem, the relys, was burn out, i have no idea how but it did...
