WTB Power window main control switch for the BJ 323

I am looking for a power window main control switch (driver's control switch) for the Singapore BJ 323. Can anyone assist where I can get this?

i looking for for the main window control for the bj 323 1999 as well. How much to ship to Barbados if possible?
