i would think the waterthermo sensor is disconnected. It's on the BACK of the water pump housing. If the water thermo sensor is disconnected, what happens is the ECU defaults to 176* F for a coolant temp, and that results in the amount of fuel injected during the STARTING PROCEDURE, to be very little vs what it should be. Lower temp....more fuel. Higher temp....less fuel during STARTING. Starting being just that. The initial start. After 500rpm has been reached, then the ECU uses the AFM for fuel delivery. U may also want to clean ur injectors while u at it....hope u get through...
