Elvera is selling cars with snow tires, these are illegal, i almost crashed my car with them. I made a report to the Bureau of Standards, do you know this guy Iqbal did not want to give me the tires my car was inspected with?. Also i realized that the car he sold me was a 2006 manufactured, he said it was a 2007. I did some checking with the chassis number and Neal and Massey and also local car appraisal company which verified my car was manufactured in 2006. I paid 2007 price what c an i do?
