Kinapped child at the nagar

Anyone hear about this? My sister told me they got stuck in traffic at the nagar. Turns out it was due to a search for a kidnapped child. Can anyone confirm?

Confirmed! child was taken by a relative, there is an APB out on a Mr. Lester,
Mr. Moe Lester.

Hope the child is returned safely.
