Stay away from those big rims, get some light 15"

Spend your money on suspension and brakes before you try to make power

do not use any short ram intake all it do for you is suck in hot air into your motor, Get a nice aem cold air intake setup and a good set of headers and a good 2.5" full exhaust and you will have lots of fun. Other things to do is maintain the rest of the car like new plugs, wires, oil and oil filter. plis check on your timing belt, water pump etc etc......good luck

thanks for the info.... big rims is a no no.... who is a gd person to do the exhaust system by??? oh i hve another question drop springs or coilovers?.... i ask this cause i got some info that wen u drop the civic the rear wheels tend to spread apart and cause the tires to wear bad..

not too sure about the 2.5 inch exhaust especially if its a d15b. it may reduce your low end torque and sacrifice some fuel economy on a stock engine.
