WTK spark plug for 323f 1.6 twin cam

As the topic say's what are the correct sparkplugs...recently bought the car and changed the old plugs after which i noticed the engine losing power so a mech tell me that i put in the wrong plugs and i threw out the original ones...but i will have to check....any help will be appreciated....

as we on the topic of spark plugs,
what would cause the sparkplugs to ceramic to crack and break while in use,
