WTK: OBDII Port in EK3

Does anyone have an idea where the OBDII scan port in a 99-00 EK3 civic is located! I have searched but can't seem to find it...

pall most of them i scan uses the same ODB1 port located on the passenger side behind the kick panel. 3 pin

but vehicles made after 1996 not supposed to have a OBDII port? (i did see a small green plug either 2 or 3 pin located next to the brain box on the passenger side though)
