What's the best way to remove splattered blood on painted car?

I have tried Meguirs car wash, breeze, Meguirs Scratch remover, F21 polish and a few other polishes

For removeing blood from paint you have to microfine and buff it out, this can be done by any bodyshop.
As for the blood on fabric try some oxyclean on that sheit or check one of those guys who do interior shampooing. If it's there for a long time there might still be a slight stain.

there is a fabric cleaner called clean all it works well, took out some stains from a seat that was real nasty with oil, grease and lots of beer stained grime, plus the headliner that was stained with sweat,it is a abro product in a yellow can with a car seat on it,hope you find it :P
