what tests exactly?...cbr moisture and compaction?
try Trintoplan Consultants and CARIRI.

CBR, moisture content and compaction are not related to ground vibration monitoring.

He should try:

1) UWI Seismic Research Unit
2) ROSE Equipment Rental
3) Geoengineering Consultants Limited

Tried 1&2, not sure if u mean Eco/Geo for 3, if so tried them as well.
