Manual to Auto conversion

Ok let's say you have an SiR. Original manual. And you wanna do an engine swap to a D series and conversion to auto. How difficult is this? Assuming you have everything auto. Engine, tranny, ecu, link, instrument panel..

How difficult is this?

Plz no questions as to why someone would swap from B to D..

i kinda cheating....i jus buyin a donor car and getting the parts from it...
