Flushing will mash up yuh engine jed...DON"T DO IT.

After flushing the engine oil does not properly adhere to the internal moving parts and so damages can occur.

I should mention that i use 2 quarts cheap oil (barrel) after the flush and drain that too, then add fresh top up. 1.5l engine doing 170000km, burning approximately 29mpg or 10km/litre with daily driving over lady young and ac always on. No smoke nor residue in throttle body. Injectors cleaned manually once. Oh, and redline fuel treatment all the time.

only flush i would do is a tranny flush to get rid of the old oil in the converter.........

when changing engine oil i just let the car stand ah lil over 10 hours (usually overnight) so almost all the oil is in the sump........drain it properly, change the filter and add fresh oil....the car doing 115,000KM without ever having worries....and i used to drive that sucker to the limiter once a day :P

There was a vid clip(I'll see if I can find it) where the founder of Spoon Sports was explaining why flushes should "NEVER"(his words) be used.
