hey people i wan to buy a lancer but which one better the GDI or the GLX the GDI cheaper but wat problems i might encounter with the GDI......i hear the tranny gives problem i need help

Buy the GLX dem GDi givin trouble with the throttle body and a used throttle is $3000

where can you get a used throttle for $3000? my mechanic (who is obviously ripping me off) gave me the impression that it would be much much more than that.

firetruck away with all Gdi. Not only lancer the galant and pajero IO too. Dont ever buy any Gdi they r a waste of time and money. Gdi engine is the fastest selling engine in the bamboo. Its such a demand that some ppl would even buy an engine+ transmission and even a front cut just to get the engine from it
