Well, as I understand it, the BYCCs normally follow the carting course as closely as possible. Also, an elaborate and neat setup of a course for a BYCC is not really necessary? I believe if training is to be held, it should take precedence (say 70/30 of the time) over the actual BYCC "competition".
I once attended a Porsche Experience day and they did training, track time and a make shift solodex type course/competition in the space of about 8 hours, including lunch. The SoloDex course was laid down in about half an hour - totally random placement of cones in a general course-like formation. Timing was stop-watch so no big setup required there.
It can be done if we push ourselves. Also, getting some of the experienced circuit/rally drivers out there as instructures would be real cool.
