Massy stores carries the "nifty mince" brand.

One of my brethren in trincity grinds his own for his meat shop.

One a side note...
Just had 2 massive homemade jalapeno lamb burgers with pepper jack cheese...

Ermagaaad...twas delishus

Ordered a popular type of knife sharpening jig.
This one is a "ruixin pro", Chinese copy of the popular apex edge pro, whose patent expired btw.

Easy to get to razor shaving sharp in no time at all.

Really idiot proof tool and worth the $33usd Amazon price
Compared to $200usd for the original.

Yea...at arawak you can go to the sales section at mausica rd and purchase.

Same with fine choice tumpuna rd.
They have a sales area at the front.

Not sure how nutrina system works

An essential piece of equipment for any serious woodworker.

I use titebond 3 glue
Glue everybody uses for cutting boards

Purple Heart fairly common, most places selling greenheart have Purple Heart

Other woods harder to get as no longer used for ceilings etc

All those boards spoken for, may be able to make a few more but don't plan going past November.
Kinda time consuming as several steps required.

I normally use the heat method... But this fermentation method interesting. Oil has any odour or taste of the process you used?

nope,no odour, weird taste....tastes sweet actually
has to be filtered and put in the sun to remove any water
then heated slightly ( i used a water bath and thermometer) to kill any stuff that may cause stomach probs...or you can use the microwave for 1minute
