its so sad to see a clan of noobs/internet experts talking big.....
Which Gym have kettlebells? I wanna use that, I'm big on the free weights training!
Last year I used to -deadlift 250lbs 4 sets of 10
- squat 180lbs
- bp 133lbs

...............men proud of these kind of numbers?

with numbers like these, supplements are not even needed. Just eat good and focus on form more than how much light weight you all could push.
PPL...............STOP LOOKING AT SUPPLEMENTS AS SUCH A HUGE PART OF YOUR TRAINING. PPL HERE TALKIN ABOUT ALL KINDA EXTREME BS.
PPL CALLING DOWN CRAP LIKE LIPO6 AND HYDROXY CUT AND NOT DIETING, NEVER TRIED CARDIO OR HIIT WITH LOW CARBS DIET OR DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO DIET! You are just going to get a set of caffene and crap in ur system, up ur matabolism, cant sleep and just going to put on more fat as a result when u go back to normal. THERE IS NO MAGIC PILL IN THIS SPORT, GET THAT OUR OF YOUR MINDS........no fantasy here ppl....just hard work. No hard work, the you are not going to get an ounce of results.
WHEY PROTEIN, casein, chicken breasts, tuna, mackerel, yam, cassava, sweet potatoes, rolled oats, egg whites, whole wheat, vitamins, lean red meat, brown rice etc........and lots of veggies.
at the end of the day, every one is unique and reacts to different things differently. e.g some react well to creatine, some get diarrhea......
there is no best supplement for anybody. seek advice from experienced ppl to guide you along the road to finding what suits you best.
GET OFF GOOGLE AND GO HARD, OR GO HOME!!!!!!
