So I was on my way home ( close) and saw someone with the trunk open. He was doin something. I pass the car and pull on the side thinkin if thas the owner I'll tow him home by me. It have yard room and the car safe there. I come out and i see the man tuggin on this amp. Rip it out and put it in his bag and walkin of. I ask him if it's his car and he said is a friend own and he continue walkin. I see some people upstairs the chinese rest. lookin on so I ask them about the car and if that man connected to it. They said no, he's a local thief, and whatever he take there it gone. Well the trunk doesn't have a body, but it has a Box and HAD an amp. That real shiddy yes..

Well jus got some info... The civic was indeed STOLEN from the owner who's a foreigner. He had no idea where to start lookin... not quite sure if it was reported to the police. The good news... he knows where his car is now and will be going for it. Already knows not to expect deck n amp... THANK GOD he's ok...

Yup. ^ I called a TTPS relative and told him about it. He called St. Joseph branch and said they'll go check it out and tow it if possible. I hope it's gone because either they took it or the owner did... ( sorry for bein fass and gettin involved, but thas madness) Thieves steal cars, change the plates and put them in plain view of the public. If Car Search don't take it in 2 days they go with it. We found many cars in plain view with the plates changed already..
