i normally train mon,tues, rest wed, train thurs, fri, rest sat and as of recent i started throwing in the odd sun ever so often but its not set.

rest Mondays.
Train Tuesday
Cardio Wed
Train Thur
Rest Friday
Cardio Sat
Train Sun
rinse and repeat.


If sheit happens in work and I'm too tired to train, I can swap a rest day for a training day.

Yeah, I call them skull crushers.
No rest, in fact I usually work out at lunch time and I may try throwing in some cardio in the mornings if I'm stagnating.

Using Basic Supps:
Gold Standard Whey, Carnivor and Creatine Elite for the past month gain 5lbs.........
Going to start my advance supps soon am tired of those basic supps.....


Mon-Rest,Tue-Train,Wed-Train,Thur-Rest,Fri-Train,Sat-Rest,Sun-Train

started 1-2hours brushcutting some 9 ft tall grass...is plenty plenty land and grass....that is some fkn serious sweatdown...plus that sun gonna crank tes levels...

Ofc, i want to feast on a leg ham, half ah fruit cake, half bottle ponche de creme, a bottle of sorrel juice... Xmas is de only time where b/building takes a back seat n i say "fack it" , dirty bulk here i cometh....

Good season to start of ur bulking mode...but for the "wanna have ah bess body for carnival" folks, sorry, ya'll gots to stay on dat diet... A couple nibbles ain't gonna hurt tho.....

If only it was dat easy. Went down from 221lbs to 217 in two weeks. Slower than I'd like but progress is progress.

You drop 4lbs in 2 weeks and that not fast enough for you? anything more than that you could kiss some of your hard earned muscles good bye, hope you lifting often.

I could shock you by telling you I drop 18lbs(mostly water weight anyhow) in two weeks on a strict no meat diet year before last. srs ting but the possibility of rebounding enormous.

Nah, I coasting at this level. Lifting five days a week and taking supps to maintain muscle, keeping my meat intake at 6oz for lunch and dinner.

Gonna get rip and lean for xmas, I also got a group of body-builders doing a 1st cycle before xmas and 2nd cycle after carnival then they going to compete in the body-building shows next year....

Got a few women also.......everyone is now on a get fit drive.....

We are using basic and advance supps

^ That's an interesting way too look at roids, as advance supplements, when whey,multivitamins,fish oils and creatine won't quite cut it anymore haha.This thread needs some motivational stuff

cranked a 70 mins in the bush...started a bit late this afternoon though so the sun exposure was very little.....good sweatdown again.....looking forward to tomorrow with a hopeful 4:30 pm start....

Just started back lifting after 7 month away. The muscle soreness is the worst part. Jumbo if what was stated is true,then a lot of the really big brands don't have them listed.Beast had it but not a couple of the other recommended brands though.
