You have a point, but a SOE, while it may not be the solution, will make citizens feel a little safer even if its for a few weeks.

So i am in support of the SOE/curfew and in the mean time, we need a vigorous approach for a crime plan.

I think a SOE will be very difficult to get because there will be strong opposition from those whose businesses will be affected, i.e - those not affected by crime.

So yeh bro, i believe with the right mindset, we can come up with a crime plan in a short space of time. But good luck with finding people who give a sheit.

Pnm insiders know that the educated rasta with his verbiage would ketch his constituents and the general pnm base. He can easily "take one for the team" since his "borderline" racist comments about indians radiates with the base. Any critique of him, race card can be pulled easily with comments such as "he's an educated black man and dize why dem indian doh like him atalllll..."
