Vybz Kartel remanded again - JamaicaObserver - "JAILED deejay Vybz Kartel will know next week Wednesday if he will be granted bail when he returns to the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on a charge of murder.

Vybz Kartel Denied Bail For Two Murder Charges

UPDATE: The dancehall star was denied bail after being charged with several murders.

Constant Spring Criminal Investigation Branch detectives have charged Vybz Kartel and Kiro Jones with the murder of Clive "Lizard" Williams.

Police say Williams was murdered on August 16, 2011, in Havendale, St. Andrew, according to go-jamaica.com.

Arrangements are being made for Kartel, real name Adidjah Palmer, to be brought before courts.

This is Kartel's second murder charge this month. Just weeks ago, he was charged with murder, illegal possession of a firearm, and conspiracy to murder.

Those charges are the result of allegations that on July 11, Kartel and other men conspired to murder Barrington "Bossie" Burton, who was killed when standing with friends in Gregory Park.

Prosecutors Claim To Have Video Footage of Vybz Kartel Commiting Murder

Dancehall star Vybz Kartel has once again been denied bail for 2 murder charges. Prosecutors in Jamaica now claim to have cell phone video footage of the singer committing murder.

Late last month, Kartel was hit wiht his second murder charge. He's accused of participating in the murder of Clive "Lizard" Williams. Investigators in Jamaica believe Kartel worked with an associate, named Kiro Jones.

This incident with "Lizard" marks Kartel's second murder charge in one month. He faces a murder conspiracy charge in the killing of music promoter Barrington "Bossie" Burton. Other charges include illegal possession of a firearm and marijuana.

Kartel must remain in custody until his next hearing.
