I you are including lawful police killings then you should update the thread title to read "The 2019 Homicide Ched" to draw the distinction between a homicide and a murder.
Wikipedia:
Homicide is the act of one human killing another. A homicide requires only a volitional act by another person that results in death, and thus a homicide may result from accidental, reckless, or negligent acts even if there is no intent to cause harm.
Murder is the unlawful killing of another human without justification or valid excuse, especially the unlawful killing of another human with malice aforethought.

A life is lost regardless...premeditated or not and offender should face suitable penalties. What happens to persons who are victims of these n0ghead criminals stealing items and damaging it in the process? They should be made to do remedial jobs to compensate victims...like the us does. God knows inmates can solve the poor roadside grass and litter problem for free as opposed to million dollar state funded criminal contracted cepep-ers.l33t2 wrote:INHUMAN wrote:Killings.are.killings. I agree it should, but what about vehicular manslaughter, especially for drunk drivers. Not the same as a murder is it.
