I think Vidal was better than Gomes in that game, some real slack passes from him and not enough energy. Also made a couple mistakes as to when to pass/shoot. Needs some more time to learn the Barca way.
Masche started shaky and took a while to settle down.
Digne is not an upgrade to Alba, but he is definitely competition. Had a good game and the assist to Messi for the 3rd.
D.Suarez looks a bit Xavi-esqe with some of his passes.
Umtiti...class. Huge potential too because of his age.

@shotta I find Vidal offered nothing to the defense and not much to offense..

He held back serious speed from the right attack and didn't read many of Messi plays.. time will tell but we need a TV imo..

Digne could make Alba scrub bench if he continues. Alba's only advantage is his speed and that he's Spaniard.. Alba is an extreme wasteman. Btw what's your views on Arda playing wide as opposed to center?

Noice Umititi looking like a young beast.
Turan could quicker replace Iniesta than Rakitic purely based on age rn.
He can't play as a LW because of Neymar...like I said...is either he get accustomed to playing CM or get ready to bench.
And he's already 29 turning 30 so age isn't on his side that much really.

I think Arda was more effective as a wide man, but he not displacing MSN. So he need to adapt his game to be more central and deeper else he will be warming bench for a long time to come.

Must give a shout out to Munir, he was hustling that front line. Looks hungrier this season.
