How else would they have to return time and time again with overtime and more work for the contractor with the fluorescent lettering. All leak repair contracts have road restoration built in, but the kick back occurs when a separate road restoration contract is given out. Better yet, if the MOWT does the repairs, the contractor gets paid for nothing, with WASA manager signed off.pugboy wrote:why not just change the attachment method that seems to be leak prone
