That's correct. There is widespread dissatisfaction but it's not enough to trouble the strongholds. There is also widespread disgust with the alternatives on offer, which will make the marginals even more important, the actual ground work and election day mobilization will be decisive. Already a couple parties has selected candidates and hit the ground running. Others think widespread support in strongholds equates to election victory in our system.
