I did the waiver for my daughter at 1year and she got 10yrs

If you do the DS160 do you need to walk with an actual photo also? Saw them mention that in an email, a 2" x 2" i believe

It's just in case the one you submitted electronically wasn't good enough.

Use the online photo tool to make sure the uploaded photo passed all the criteria.
Once it's good there you don't have to carry printed photos
