i wasn't referring to you djlegac,

The thing with inverters, Is that they normally induce noise into the system, Turn off/on thumps, Alternator whines etc.

I think what you wanna do, there are alot of 12V processors that will do it for you. My advice stay in the car audio domain when it comes to the processing.

gotcha, actually you are right about the winding and noice and thumps, the lexus i spoke bout earlier, does do that, and he has a dbx 260 drive rack. but gonna save up and get the audio control but as of now, this is all i can spend til i paint over the car and change the headlights and bumpers and lip.

you can sell the 15band and crossover when you get the DQXS too :twisted:

or do that now as they new! you will fetch better prices I'm sure

but last time i checked, the some drive racks have a 12v power supply switch

yea it can^^^, but the installer must have a very wide knowledge to tune anything over 7 bands

audio control eqs can also do the job if budget is tight
and add and audio control 6xs
should give you everything you need
