There are surgeons, physicians, psychologists, counselors, and psychiatrists that work directly with patients that have, or may have, gender dysphoria. I am truly hopeful that gender dysphoria research and treatment will be improved and modified, just as other psychological malaises have been over the last 150 years. Each person may have an opinion of another person. In turn, that other person has their own particular sense of self. As to whether that sense of self is right or wrong or somewhere in between, is not up to me. I am very aware that gender dysphoria is a feeling that is experienced by that individual. I am extraordinarily aware that feelings can only be known to the individual unless expressed to others.

Now, since gender dysphoria is a term that describes a sense of unease that a particular person may have because of a mismatch between their own biological sex and their own gender identity. And, since data indicate that 82% of transgender individuals have considered killing themselves and 40% have attempted suicide, with suicidality highest among transgender youth. And also since, you don't know what a water harvesting system actually is, I have reluctantly concluded that you post often about what you don't understand, while simultaneously assuming that you do. I can't trust what you post or seem to believe, and you shouldn't, either.

What fookin kills me about this discourse, if it even qualifies as that, is the loudest voices on both extremes of the argument are busy painting the other side as completely vile and guilty when a healthily functioning member of society is supposed to be sickened such abuses are taking place, period. Grifters grift no matter which ideology they are subscribed.

With the help of a family friend and the hospital, Poutre had one of her wishes fulfilled.

Rather than culture and society is changing due to more communications access and open discussions on internet platforms so that more persons realize their sexuality at a younger age openly in modern times? Compared to in the past where most persons hiding in the closet had to deny it to themselves and society all their lives because of fear, ostracization, bullying and much worse? Compare the time when Alan Turing lived and what the government then did to him, to the time now when there are openly gay persons in government.
