I strongly suggest that you add a supplement to your program, gone are the days for training hard but rather smart. You need a formula supplement to add to your diet and training program, after you achieve your goal then taper of the supp and return to your diet and training.

calories in vs cals out. You can eat "clean" and still put on fat. Your daily output must exceed your daily intake to lose fat, so either count calories and/or increase your cardio to increase your energy expenditure, also the love handles and stomach would be the last to go, its where men mostly store fat, women, thighs and butt.

So i tried it, its tasteless and its a different texture than rice It takes some getting used to, but i guess with good preparation it would be delicious.
