So no locals with PS4's with the hdmi pulsing blue light problems. How will warranty be out of the us/canada ,you ask for a refund from your local seller ,call sony with the returned box option , or is just a risk to take, can you open and try out before purchasing ,because the systems with the problems out of the box don't work ?
