That is a good measure. If you refuse a vaccination for whatever reason, those reasons can pay for your treatment when you get it.

Clearly you don't live in trinidad as this will never happen ....the law may pass but will it be enforced is another aspect, many of my colleagues from university who dropped out are owing GATE thousands and working without a care , yes GATE wrote them multiple occasions you feel them care, like I said the MOH will have to prepare to write off those as bad debts and just inevitably pay for such. Also looking at the political aspect of such PNM not in any position to make such drastic moves as reality now sink in Nobody wants there so carry on daydreaming I guess
