The layout is horrible. With people having to line up and be ushered into the lines. One of the ushers roughed up two girls who were not aware that they had to line up on the side. She said "Excuse me, cashing or collecting?" the girls looked confused, said "cashing" then she told them "well you have to line up over there." The tone used was not the most pleasant. I could understand they dealing with the space that was made available but it's not really very comfortable lining up and feeling like a sardine.
IMHO a single cashier and people just wait to the side would be more efficient.

I agree its cramped.
But their efficiency and cleanliness makes up for it somehow.
I always get good service when i go, they take my order while I'm in the line and print my bill so i don't have to wait.

Oh, and SWISS ketchup, mustard and pepper? iz KFC or what? Burger king gives you real ketchup with your meal. If ya gonna charge $37 for a burger combo should at least have proper condiments.

yup..saw it last night

some of the guards were complaining about it..it really was a silly situation. can you imagine there on a weekend? :?

pete, it's nothing to do with 'real ketchup'...i personally prefer locally-tailored ketchup because it isn't as acidic and i like the sweeter taste (as many trinis do)..but i guess some trinis always need to find a way to implement some form of elite-ism

i assume they're learning from their mistakes last time around

That was terrible planning. A drive-thru at the front of a busy grocery. Ah mean really, what sense it that?
When I saw there was going to be a drive-thru I was like :wtf:
Great time to have it to. SOE is over. :?

only a problem if you let it be, no one say you need to go xtra foods or fight up in the drive thru line, if it not convenient go somewhere else that is.

I'm not a fan of McDonald's but regardless of if I go to Xtra Foods or not, there will be massive congestion.

They should have approved the opening of the GB restaurant for January... Opening it for Christmas is just adding to the traffic.

Oh Wendy's is opening in south? Didn't even know that, I guess they're going for the easy money now seeing that they're basically opening every day on the ave to serve a maximum of 20 customers per day.

10 - 8 is supposed to be the time but you know with the long lines and what not, workers stay back until the last customer is served. Something Wendy's obviously won't have a problem with
