my 2lb tub of whey last me about 2months,i use it only when necessary as I like to eat my calories while i cutting. Today I needed to hit 180g of protein, i weigh my food raw and uncooked.
Had about 15oz of baked chicken breast at different time through out the day (post workout, lunch, 2pm ) thats about 98grams, some oats and milk at breakfast, peanutbutter, just had 2 cans of tuna with mayo, after 1/2 cup cottage cheese and starwberry when i reach home after work and thats it hitting my protein macro. For dinner ill hit my fat macro with eggs and i shoudl be left with about 50g carbs to finish up with bread.

i does try to avoid the mayo when i eatin sardines or tuna as its just pure pure fat.... buh it does taste so good -_-

As you say that, eating subway right tru will hurt my diet(dry salad and/or tuna sub)? Fraid the bread though

boy out of all de macros i love fat the most, i could low carb normal if i want, but hitting that 70g poverty fat macro on rest days, i does have to move real dred with mehself cause I could hit that i just one meal

subways sauces and carb portions alone are diet ruiners... its ok once in a while but it not all that health friendly as they portray it to be. Even their salads are laced in fatty sauces.

Back on the grind again.... Skipping, squats, pushups, tryna gain some... No supps, no.machines, ultra natural...


Hear de new flick... Super slow skipping. Both legs, alternating legs, gives you a serious lower body workout

Nuh I posted that msg when I finished my workout.

When I start I'm in the zone and I dont pick up phone till I done everything.

Personally I hate to see people sit on machines and on their phone.

So I'm looking to lose 90lbs.
