The covid-19 frontline healthcare workers do deserve a salary raise, some time off and mental health checkups after all that trauma. Dealing with an influx of patients, rostered to treat more patients/beds than the stipulated policy, seeing many die every hour every day, and receiving the same salary that inflation cutting into is frustrating and humiliating.

These workers do deserve a bonus. A clap and dansk biscuits not cutting it.
