Lunch for me, teared up shirt with channa, aloo, pumpkin, mango and curry chicken ( yesterday's fresh aka leftovers), probably buy a Gatorade

Lunch for the fam is fried rice, stir fried vegetables and Chinese style fried chicken and fresh lime juice. I'll probably not get to eat that until tomorrow as I'll be at work till at least 1am possibly 6am tomorrow

Young blood. They use to call them Ratraj at one time, village gossip due to jealousy/competition , but since the daughter take over she brought it back up to standard.

Passed through Mayaro yesterday and got a lobster and some reds. Dry currying the lobster with some jasmine rice and cassava dumplings. Might leave the red fish for later on in the week.

Rice soaking, pigs marinading and paw paw going and chop up soon. BBQ will light in a couple hours to bring everything together.

Long time I have not posted.

Grilled sumack chicken with cous cous.

Mexican mushroom fajita bowl (for later on week).

Asian slow cooked beef ribs with jasmine rice.

And...

Sangria with strawberry lemonade and groovy Simon and Garfunkel in the back.

(Ok that last paragraph was not true)
