With channa, roast pepper, shadowbeni sauce, tamarind sauce.

No flour, just bhagi and splitpeas powder.
Thing beats roadside saheena by millions.

Char sui bbq pork belly, avocado, purple onion, sauteed mushrooms and bell peppers, beefsteak tomatoes with spicy mayonnaise on a brioche bun with coleslaw and au jus. Fresh lime juice

Dhal, Onion, Garlic, Pepper, Ochro, Sweet Potato, Potato, Corn, Dumpling, Yam, Dasheen, Green Fig, Carrot, Stew Beef, Ham Bone, Mushroom, Pumpkin.

made it, however IIRC Linda's sells some in limited quantity and Adam's in Maraval

Peche also sells Brioche buns.

But alas my hops bread pocket doesn't allow for me to partake.

Trust me when I say their bread will change your life. I had some flax and pumpkin seed sourdough bread and was blown away. Only had the brioche once straight up with butter and cheese and it was excellent as well
