ok cool cause the drug store in St Helena has 500ml for $60 and 1 Liter for $120 so I bought both. I researched the people making this its D&B Marketing Ltd in Carlsen Field they are a professional company they make all sorts of chemicals since 2003. I believe this is as good as its gonna get right now in terms of price and quality.

Those black market hand sanitizers by no name home makers you aren't even sure if it good, if allyuh want St Helena has in stock the drug store next door to KFC

Soap is better than hand sanitizer at killing germs, bacteria and viruses. Bar soap is even better than liquid soap.

If you touching the knob to turn off the water with your bare hands after you wash it then yeah you might be an idiot kinda I guess? if not then you are smart.....

But if you touching the same knob to turn off the tap after you wash your hands then people using hand sanitizers alcohol based are indeed smarter than you because in a case like that hand sanitizer is more useful
