So they made turning right at the Top of Bellesmythe street Illegal between certain high traffic hours, BUT they still allow people to park on the left side of the road, so Bellesymthe still bottle necks into a single lane, I guess because there are. Few high influence businesses on Bellesmythe street it won’t change the parking situation.

Ideally parking should now be totally restricted to the right side and then maybe their new traffic regulations can work...
