Downsizing at UTT?

The education minister has summoned representatives of the University of Trinidad and Tobago to discuss potential downsizing at the institution.

This comes after the UTT said it will have to send home staff next year due to a cut in its budget from the government.

But as Akash Samaroo explains, don't expect next week's meeting to result in the preservation of UTT's staff.
